Imagination with Impact
Paisley believes in the power of our imaginations to make a positive impact, working across mediums including film, XR, and craft. It’s through human touch, playfulness, and exploring the deeply personal that Paisley approaches her work.
In Homestay, Paisley mixes papercraft with haptic VR to tackle mental health, in Unceded Territories, a vibrant immersive world built of Lawrence Paul Yuxweluptun’s art confronts audiences with the reality of climate change and colonization. In Feminist Futures, a worldbuilding workshop, Paisley leads participants through hands-on design thinking to imagine and create feminist futures.
You can find Paisley producing, directing, writing, and crafting across worlds.
